The world is physically judgmental. It is important to always look good, clean and presentable at any situation because as they say "Our physical appearance reflects on who we are.", which for me is true. Some may say "Dont judge a book by it's cover." But I think a good book is better with a great cover...right?

At anytime, something bad might happen unexpectedly but nothing should stop anyone from looking at their best. So, I think everyone should always have a "Fahion Rescue Kit" in their bag ready to solve any fashion disaster. Here are the things I think should always be in a FSK.

Here’s what I thought to be “What every man should have in his wardrobe”. This may also be a guide to those guys who wanted to start their very own fashionable wardrobe as well as to those who need a wardrobe rescue.

Shopping Guide

So here’s how I do my shopping whenever I’m looking for a look or outfit. It might help.

1. RESEARCH -Search the internet, magazine or blogs for the look you wanted then save some photos of your desire look.

2. REVIEW OLD STUFFS -Look into your closet for items that you can use to put up your desire look (there’s nothing wrong with re-using old stuffs.) if you found something you can use wear it or bring it with you when you do the next step.

A'S 10 Fashion Rules

1.      KNOW YOUR YOURSELF, KNOW YOUR STYLE.

Knowing your own personal style will start by knowing yourself. Because your style depends on what things you like most, your favourites,  who do you hang out with, where do you hang out, what interest you most, your attitude, your skills and of course whose your fashion inspiration.

2.      FOLLOW YOUR STYLE.

After knowing who you are and what’s your style. Now you need to focus on creating looks by your own style, for example based on your self-evaluation you’ll come up being a person who is playful yet you’re a bookworm and someone who loves hanging out at coffee shop so your look should be colourful but not too bright and not too revealing.Another example is if you are fascinated with vintage stuffs and you love to party and hang out on clubs your best look would be something retro-disco from the 80’s and you’ll probably into metallic, sparkly and neon colored clothes.

3.      CONSIDER EVERYTHING.

In putting up an outfit there are a lot of things to consider:

i)        The fabric – there are different of kinds of fabric; heavy, light, flowy, etc.

ii)      The colour –the colours of your outfit should always complement each other as well as your skin tone.

iii)    The design – clothes with weird designs are somehow awesome but not all the time it depends on what, where and when you’ll going to wear it.

iv)    The temperature – of course this is essential to consider unless you want to look like a loser wearing a jacket on a hot sunny day.

v)      The place – A real fashionista know what, where and when to wear things. Always put in mind that being a fashionista is not always about wearing the nicest clothes but more of wearing the appropriate clothes for the place or event.

vi)    The people – being different from everyone is awesome but always consider who you’ll be hanging out with because you might look like a loser or a “wanna be” if wear something in appropriate.

Camo

CAMO -short for camouflage, this print isn't exclusive for the military or the army  but also a  part of fashion it's really hard to trace when did the camo has been seen in street fashion or even in high fashion but who cares. In the modern fashion camo prints has been invading street fashion or even high fashion.

The most common camos are mixed of brown and green but there's also white camos or winter camos and other different camo colors.

Face Shapes

There are different facial shape and it is important to know your face shape in choosing a perfect eyepiece for your perfect face. Eye wear like glasses or shades are one of the fashionable accessory, for both male and female, which is considered to be a trend for all time.

Know your Jeans

Know the different types of jeans and know what fits you more perfectly.

Rainy Day Style Guide

The Philippine rainy season starts in the month of June and ends in November. To welcome the cold and wet season, you can wear a lot of jacket, sweater, hoodies and cardigans. Prepare this with long sleeved tops, polo ahirts, slouchy tops, a variety of shirts, cuffed jeans, leggings and trousers. Wear these with your sneakers, ballet flats, boots and weekenders PVC/EVA, jelly shoes, and slippers which are perfect for a rainy day. Cool colors come with the cool weather. Black, navy blue, purple, deep red, gray, fatigue, and other cool colors are your go-to colors this season. Layering are also in with this season. But what's important is to keep yourself dry, bringing a cute umbrella that match your outfit or look is also a part of your rainy day style.

WHAT TO WEAR:

- layered tops

- straight cut jeans or pants

- round necklines

- collared shirts

- 3/4-sleeved shirts

- jackets

- vest

- regular fit shirts

HOW TO WEAR ACCESSORIES:

since your aim is to widen your shape; choose big, thick, or layered accessories.

accessorize to highlight certain features examples -leather cuff bracelets, silver or leather necklaces layered together, wayfarer glasses, etc.
